Large Green Acre Designs diapers fit babies about 22-40lbs. They do not come with an insert but if you choose to order a GAD insert with your diaper it will cost less than buying the insert alone. GAD Inserts are a boy/girl 4 layer Hemp French Terry or Microfiber Terry insert that is 15 inches long and 5 inches wide. The boy/girl flap adds an additional 4 layers to the wet zone and is 4 inches long. Or you can use our New One Size insert. In a Large diaper simply leave the insert unfolded and you have 4 layers of thirsty fabric. All of our GAD inserts are sewn with a loop design for better washing and faster drying.
